Example: Using a 30mL BAC Water Vial

You have a 10mg Semaglutide vial and want 0.25mg doses:

  • Add a small amount of BAC water to the peptide vial to fully dissolve the powder
  • Transfer the dissolved peptide into your 30mL BAC water bottle
  • Concentration: 10mg in 30mL = 0.333mg per mL
  • Dose volume: 0.750mL per injection (75 units on insulin syringe)
  • Total doses: 40 doses from the bottle

This dilution method makes doses easier to measure accurately with a standard 1mL insulin syringe.
